What a cool John Lennon cover. A lot of people hate how they did this cover, but I think it's great.
I made my first two java programs. One's an applet that draws a snowman with a background and sun and stuff, and the other just asks how many quarters/dimes/nickels/pennies you have and gives you how much money you actually have in dollars and stuff.

Work sucked today. Waking up sucked today.
Today sucked. I'm just plain out feeling shitty.
On top of that, Liza said she would wait at her work until 9:45 for me to show up, since I rarely get off at 9:00 on the dot I told her I could probably make it by 9:45. I show up at 9:47 and she's gone. I've waited hours for her to show up for things, and she leaves in two goddamn minutes.
I found out later it's because Alexis is staying the night. I call her and she lets me go pretty quick because her and Alexis are 'busy.'
I just feel like shit. I wouldn't care any other day, but after I told her my day was terrible, her tone didn't change a bit.
EDIT: Sean, you should look at project looking glass, by java. It's badass.

I'm done with this semester, I think I should have done alright on my finals.
I've been working a lot, and I now have Fedora Core 3 on my laptop. I'm wanting to find out how to host an FTP server on this thing, but I'm having NAT troubles etc.
Anyways, things are alright. After having my car fixed last time from the accident, a deer runs into my car. It happened about two weeks after (about a week ago now). So now I have to come up with $500 MORE.
This also happened right after I've spent all my money on Christmas shopping.
Money sucks. :(

Cheney gets factcheck.org's name wrong, big deal, who cares. I sure don't.
What is kind of funny about it, though, is that factcheck.com forwards you straight to georgesoros.com, which at the top has a banner stating "WHY WE MUST NOT RE-ELECT PRESIDENT BUSH"

Man. I worked from 9 to 6 today, and didn't even have to be there. I read the wrong schedule and found out around the middle of my shift that I didn't have to be there, but I'll be getting an extra day of work/pay in so that's alright I guess..
The biggest deal to me right now is that Liza asked me to go to the movies with her and Alexis and some of Alexis' friends she hasn't talked to in a long time (third wheel? You bet).
I have to be at work at 4 in the morning. It's a ~30 minute drive. I'll need to be up at 2:30 at the absolutely latest. The movie starts at 9:30, and movies are 2 hours now.. 11:30 when it gets out, 12-12:30 when I get home = ZERO SLEEP.
but I want to go. gah :(
Yeah, I'm going. Fuck sleep and being a bum that no one wants to have fun with. I'm doing shit, just like I used to. because? I rule.

I also recommend everyone watch Late Night with Bill Maher.
He can bring up some very interesting points. I'm getting into politics a lot more lately. There's a lot of stuff going on no one really cares to know about any more. It is a big deal, and it will be a bigger one at the current rate it's snowballing.
